I have involved myself with stories of every kind, designing the exact narrative that a novel, an article, or a brand wants to share. As I've done so, I've learned that the most important way to build a story is not by asking what story should be told, but instead asking the audience what story they want to hear. The root of every story is its audience, your shoppers, guests, or clients, and so creating an experience that this audience believes time and time again becomes crucial.

An experience dictates a story in which the audience partakes in a living, interactive narrative, shaping the final message as they proceed. This can be both physical and virtual, as audiences proceed through an environment and contribute actively to the story. When the audience is given a say, it allows for greater customization and guaranteed satisfaction.

How will I help tell your story? Well, I think it has to start with

Portfolio
I believe myself to be a jack of all trades and my work represents that. While each of these are categorized, all of them contribute to my deep understanding of narrative design.
Themed Entertainment
A work-in-process project, this collection contains full ride scripts for my personal theme park concept, Oasis. Fully completed is a dark ride script for a journey to the underworld to meet the spirit of death, Muerte. In progress and to be added are story coaster, immersive theater experience, and themed theater show scripts as well as a park backstory and character profile, all to contribute to the overall story of the park.

Creative Writing
This collection contains four examples of creative writing. First, short story tdemonstrates my ability to create a fictional world and a start-to-finish complete narrative. My historical fiction short story depicts a variety of unique settings, all visualized clearly and based on historical accuracy. My creative nonfiction piece characterizes a historical figure, creating a narrative out of fact. Lastly, my rhetorical analysis compares two similar films, showing my process to decide what makes a great story.
